1. Awaiting HDB/ Town Council to confirm ceiling and wall seepage problem. Probably result from external walls or above unit. *big SIGH*
2. Change MBR casement windows and grilles as previous owner did not install it properly. Water seepage from bottom of casement when raining.
3. Painting touchups
4. Plastering touchups
5. Change chipped tiles at kitchen wall and floor
6. Clean up MBR stained tiles, white patches etc.
7. Cut out tile to cover kitchen drainage hole
8. Wash marker and sticker marks/ stains
